I've lived here for about a year now and I just renewed my lease, so I thought it was about time to write a review. I'll just jump right into it. Pros: Apartment interiors are fairly nice Insulation is good, utilities are low Apartments are spacious and well laid out Office and maintenance staff are AMAZING Rent is very reasonable for what you get Cons: Hallways are old, dark and depressing Lots of kids running around and yelling in the halls As others have said, the shower temperature constantly fluctuates My walls make a sound like a jackhammer when the neighbor uses the bathroom No garbage disposal Bug problem, but management has been great about it (see pros) Overall, it's an okay place to live. It's almost a 3-star, because the list of cons is pretty distinguished, but they get bumped up because everyone at the office is great and they do their best to take care of the place. Also worth noting that at least one of the photos of the gym on google and elsewhere are not actually from this complex. Either that or their photographer is amazing. The actual gym is not very nice, so you may want a gym membership. Pools and other facilities are great though.
