Recycled Auto Parts in Lombard, Illinois

So asides having a horrible month to put the cherry on the sundae this past tuesday I cracked a aluminum rim on my 2007 chevy impala. I must have called 10 different places ALL OVER the suburbs and chicago to see if they had a used one, one without serious damage everybody said "no" a place in Elgin even said well "we require payment up front but I can tell you right now the rim looks beat up, this thing is ugly! I can have it for you after thanksgiving"!!! I said no thank you and kept desperately searching. So while on here I came across RECYCLED AUTO PARTS in Lombard on St.Charles Rd. and with a last ounce of hope I decided to call and from the begining of my call I spoke with a very professional and curteous guy named "Richie" explained what happened and what I was looking for to the best of my ability he told me he could get the rim by monday and explained to me the details. I said yes I will take it and will be there in a couple hours to leave my payment. I get there and he shows me the rim on the computer, it was a diff model (there are soo many, I described it different) I said "oh mine looks different" Then he said "do you have the car here" I said "yes" he walks out to look and BAM says "I have one in stock now"!!! I swear I was soo happy. When he brought the rim out the quality and price was great, I dident know what to expect I mean its a used part. I was very happy with EVERYTHING from the help I got being completely clueless to carrying the rim out to my car. I will def be refering anybody I know to them. Thank You "Recycled Auto Parts" I appreciate the quality of the service you provide. =)
