An aerial view of Oakbrook Terrace where Butterfield Road work is planned to begin in spring 2024 and another project in 2025. Entering Year Five of Rebuild Illinois, the Illinois Department of Transportation last week highlighted multiple projects in the DuPage County area that are underway or planned through 2025. Six major projects represent a total investment of more than $53 million, improving safety, mobility and quality of life while sustaining and creating good-paying jobs throughout the region.
